Installed Pricing
Installed pricing varies on each series of window, type of window, window color, custom exterior trim. The basic pricing at the moment is for double hung units. I hope to have a full price list around for each style and series of windows. Please only use this as a rough guide for your project! Quantity of windows, Difficulty of your project and Distance will affect pricing. Pricing may be lower or higher depending on your project!
Basic installation includes:

OSI Quad Foam Sealant around the perimeter of your window

OSI Quad Max or SBR 100 sealant on the exterior

OSI H2U sealant on the inteior ( Low Voc )

Custom aluminum trim $50-$150.00 per window

New interior trim (Must be quoted)

Reframing of any damaged or rotted framing ( Must be quoted or time + materials)
V2000/1555 Series
This series is the more cost effective of the 2 replacement lines of windows MI window and doors carry. It has limited color options of white and almond for our region. Performance upgrades like triple pane are not available in this series. All units below are priced with half screens

V3000/1650 Series
This series is our prefered line to install. The base 1650 come with a .28 ufactor. This line also has multiple energy savings upgrades like foam filled frames, triple pane glass and low e coatings! With a good variety of extruded, painted and laminated options to choose from! All units below are priced with half screens.

The V3000/1615 series patio door offers tons of options to chose from
All doors can be made custom to your specifications. The pricing below is for a typical 6'0' wide x 6'8" tall door with installation with exterior aluminum trim around the door. All doors below are priced with the screen door as well. Prices vary from project to project so call for an exact quote for your door!
